BankNewport Names Vice President

Gina Campbell Helm

NEWPORT, R.I. (July 23, 2007) – BankNewport President and CEO, Thomas W. Kelly has announced the appointment of Gina Campbell Helm to vice president, mortgage consultant. She is responsible for originating residential first mortgages in the areas of Bristol, Little Compton Tiverton, Warren and southeastern Massachusetts. Helm began her career at BankNewport in 1998 and has held various positions, most recently serving as mortgage consultant in the same geographic area. Helm earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Bryant University in Smithfield. She is a member of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. Gina, her husband Adam and their son reside in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
