BankNewport Names Serina M. Vieira Vice President & Branch Sales Manager at Coventry Branch

NEWPORT, R.I. – (December 13, 2021) – BankNewport is pleased to announce that Serina M. Vieira, of Hope, Rhode Island, has been appointed vice president, branch sales manager, of the Bank’s Coventry office located at 730 Centre of New England Boulevard. In her new position, Vieira is responsible for customer service, branch operations, and team development.

“Serina has been a valuable member of the BankNewport team since 2015, and has grown tremendously throughout her career,” said Amy Riccitelli, Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Sales, BankNewport.  “We are proud to have her lead our Coventry branch.”

Prior to her new role, Vieira was assistant vice president at the Coventry branch, and before that, was branch operations manager of the Bank’s Jamestown office.  She is a graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island and is a member of the Rotary Club of Pawtuxet Valley.
