BankNewport's 24 Hour Telephone Banking System is designed for convenience so you can conduct your routine banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Telephone Banking is available for personal and business account holders.  Use any touch-tone phone and enjoy the following benefits:

  • Access current account information such as balances, recent transactions and interest information
  • Transfer funds between BankNewport accounts for immediate funds availabilityor to make your monthly loan or line of credit payment.
  • Activate or change your Visa Debit/ATM card PIN
  • Verify maturity dates, balances, interest and other information on Certificates of Deposit
  • Check current balances, last payment, payment due and other information on your loan or line of credit
  • Change your Telephone Banking PIN

To begin Telephone Banking, dial 401.845.BANK (2265), or 877.709.BANK (2265), and follow the system prompts. 

If calling from a touch-tone phone, enter your Social Security Number and PIN after making a selection from the menu.
