Requirements for All Business Owners & Signers

  • Identification
    • One (1) primary form of identification is required for anyone that will be an owner or signer on an account.
  • Accepted Primary IDs
    • State-issued driver’s license (temporary licenses and state IDs are not accepted)
    • State-issued identification card w/ photo (Passport books accepted, but not passport cards)
    • United States Military / military dependent identification card
    • Non-resident alien registration card
  • Personal Information Required
    • Full legal name
    • Physical and mailing address
    • Date of birth
    • Primary phone number
    • Email address
    • Percentage of ownership (for owners)
    • Social Security number or tax identification number (TIN)
