Call Customer Service at 1.800.472.3272 to report your card Lost or Stolen. You can also deactivate a lost/stolen card online by logging into your account. Instant Issue replacement cards are available at all of our branch locations during our normal branch business hours. Replacement cards that are mailed are available in 7-10 business days, or rush orders can be placed for a nominal fee.
