Need to Report a Lost/Stolen Visa Debit Card?

Call our Customer Service number from above, and select option 2. You can also deactivate a lost/stolen card online by logging into your account. Instant Issue replacement cards are available at all of our branch locations during our normal branch business hours. Replacement cards that are mailed are available in 7-10 business days, or rush orders can be placed for a nominal fee.
