With our Mobile App, you can see what convenient banking is all about. Our Mobile App runs on the iPhone®, iPad® or Android® devices for both our Personal and Business Digital Banking users. Your mobile username and password are the same credentials as Digital Banking. Our Mobile App follows the same high level of security as our Digital Banking service and features compatibility with both Face ID and fingerprint authentication.

How to get started.

First download the app from either iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store. If you are already a Digital Banking user, you can simply enter your existing Digital Banking User ID and Password into the app to begin using mobile.

If you are not currently a Digital Banking or Mobile Banking user, simply select "Enroll a Person" or "Enroll a Business" in the app. Once you successfully complete your personal enrollment, you will have immediate access to both Digital Banking and our Mobile App utilizing the same username and password.  Business enrollments will be contacted within 24 business hours for Digital Banking and mobile access utilizing the same User ID and Password.

With our App, now you can easily and conveniently:

• Check your account balance
• Manage your money: see your full financial picture on one dashboard, including linked external accounts
• Credit Score: View your credit score and review your credit report in real time. Complete a financial checkup.
• View your recent account activity
• Find the closest BankNewport branch or ATM/PTM
• Transfer funds
• Deposit a check to your eligible BankNewport account and view copies of the back/front of checks
• Pay bills or individuals
• Apply for a mortgage
• Schedule an appointment with a banker
• View your Digital Banking and Mobile Banking User Activity
• Deactivate/Reactivate your Debit/ATM card
• Open an account online 24/7
• Communicate with BankNewport staff via secure message or phone call
• Manage your alerts
• Re-order checks
• Edit your profile to change your password, User ID or Security Information
