If you have already received your SwitchTRACKCode and wish to submit switch requests or manage any of your existing switches, you can do so by visiting the BankNewport ClickSWITCH™ site.

Getting Started with ClickSWITCH™

STEP 1: Gather Your Payment Information

Gather information for your existing automated payments and direct deposits to be switched from your existing checking account.

STEP 2: Get Your Personal SwitchTRACK Code

Visit any BankNewport branch location to receive your personal SwitchTRACK Code.

STEP 3: Submit Your Switches Online

Once you have your payment information and SwitchTRACK Code, you’re ready to go! You can log in to ClickSWITCH™ online and submit your switches in the manner most convenient for you:

 

OPTION 1: SWITCH IN A BRANCH

Let a BankNewport representative go through the entire process with you in any branch location.

OPTION 2: SWITCH IN A BRANCH & AT HOME

Start the process in a branch with a BankNewport representative and complete any remaining submissions online at home.

OPTION 3: SWITCH ON YOUR OWN

Complete all your submissions online whenever it's convenient for you.

Once you have submitted each switch, ClickSWITCH™ takes care of the rest by generating and sending forms to your old financial institution and direct deposit sources.


Manage Your Switch with the ClickSWITCH™ Tool

ClickSWITCH™ provides you with tools to see the progress of your switch and ensure a smooth transition to BankNewport.

Switch Summary: View the progress and details of your requested switches.

Switch Status: Track and see confirmation when your account has been switched to us.

Balance Assist: Advises you on approximately how much money to keep in your old account until the switch to BankNewport is complete. We suggest that you keep your old account open for 30 days to allow time for the switch to be confirmed and for checks and automated payments to clear.
