Choose When to be Notified
As a Digital Banking customer, you can choose which alerts you wish to see and manage your alerts in your Service Center from within Digital Banking. Notifications include:
- Your balance is above or below an amount you specify
- An electronic withdrawal or deposit posts to your account
- A large debit card purchase occursÂ
- An insufficient funds charge occurs
- A daily snapshot of your account balance
- And more

To start receiving alerts* without using our Digital Banking Services, please visit your local branch or contact Customer Service at 401.845.2265 or 877.709.2265 outside the Newport County area and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
