BankNewport Names Colleen Skeffington Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

NEWPORT, R.I. – (February 7, 2022) – BankNewport is pleased to announce that Colleen Skeffington has been named Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, responsible for maintaining and managing the Bank’s technology investments.  Skeffington previously served as vice president, information technology manager.

“Colleen’s accomplishments during her time at BankNewport have had a great impact on the success of the institution,” said John Sullivan, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, BankNewport.  “In her new position, she will continue to serve a critical role in executing our strategic plan, while continuing to manage all aspects of our technology infrastructure.”

Skeffington is a member of the Board of Directors for FabNewport.  She attended the New England Institute of Technology and currently resides in Warwick, Rhode Island.
